THE FOUNDER

James Njoroge

Founder, Redcol Ventures

James Njoroge is an entrepreneur, researcher and technology-driven venture builder, and the Founder of Redcol Ventures, established in June 2024.

With an academic background in Biological Sciences from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), alongside training in data science, James brings together research, analytical thinking and entrepreneurship in developing solutions to real-world challenges.

His work focuses on identifying economic and business gaps, developing technology-enabled solutions, and building ventures that expand access to markets, economic participation and opportunities.

Under his leadership, Redcol Ventures established Colvanta, a digital commerce and Economic Identity platform designed to improve economic visibility and connectivity for individuals and businesses.

James's broader vision is to build an organisation capable of developing and supporting innovative ventures through technology, research and strategic partnerships, with an ambition to create solutions that can scale beyond geographical boundaries.
